International Learning Experiences |

Would you like to connect a high school class with students in Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Pakistan, and Bahrain? Empower Peace, a Boston-based group, is offering at zero cost this exciting opportunity for PDL schools. We are able to link up to 20 U.S. high schools with each Middle East school. Students in these schools will present an audio/visual presentation sharing insights into their school and daily life. U.S. students will be able to ask questions. The first in this series will feature King's Academy in Amman, Jordan, scheduled in December. Register now, contact Michelle Butz, MButz@PartnersDL.org. The PDL will provide background information and optional learning activities. This series can be an excellent fit for high school classes involved with world and current events, geography, and sociology.
